Inner Sleeve Bushes
What are inner sleeve bushes?
Inner sleeve bushes consist of rubber bonded to the inner sleeve and are designed to accommodate small torsion, conical and axial movements and endure radial loads. The outer sleeve is assembled and pre-loaded to accommodate a high resistance of stresses that result from normal operations.
The bushes are installed by inserting them into an interference hole onsite. This eliminates the necessity for accurate fixtures and this reduces consumer cost. As installed, the rubber is pre-stressed to give maximum dynamic strength and durability.
