Refurbishment Process

- Parts are received into the factory: We accept a wide range of components for refurbishment, including mounting for car parts and bushes.
- Full inspection of parts, including removing from housings where necessary: Each part undergoes a thorough inspection to assess its condition.
- Metal components recovered by removing original rubber either mechanically or chemically: Utilising advanced techniques, we remove the original rubber material to prepare for remoulding.
- Metalwork cleaned and prepared: The metal components are cleaned and prepared to ensure optimal bonding with the new rubber.
- Part remoulded with new rubber: Using our expertise in compression moulding and rubber moulding, we remould the parts with high-quality rubber.
- Where metalwork cannot be fully recovered, replacement pieces can be provided: If necessary, we manufacture new metal components to replace those that cannot be refurbished.
