Aegis Rubber Engineering Ltd, based in West Sussex, UK, undertakes the design, development, research, manufacture, testing and refurbishment of elastomer-based parts for customers in the UK, Europe and Rest of the World. We aim to build a reputation as a leading supplier of high-quality engineered elastomer components, delivering excellent products within agreed and competitive lead times.

Operating a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 is a key way to achieve our aims, and is done with the full commitment of top management in the company. The successful operation of the QMS requires the involvement of, and is the responsibility of, every employee.

Top management is committed to:

·Complying with the requirements of the QMS, and to working for continual improvement of the QMS

·Ensuring our customer’s needs are identified, understood and met consistently.

·Meeting all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements associated with our business.

·Communicating this Policy to relevant interested parties


Top management shall provide resources, leadership and support to ensure that we:

·Establish Quality Objectives which are compatible with the context of the company, and are integrated with the strategic plan.

·Monitor, measure and review the performance of our QMS, including our Quality Objectives to assess effectiveness and to identify opportunities for improvement

·Promote the use of risk-based thinking throughout the company
·Communicate the importance of an effective quality management system
·Engage with, empower and support all our employees in meeting theirresponsibilities within the QMS

·Build good relationships with suppliers and other interested parties to provide continually improving service.

·Provide our customers with products which are as specified, reliable, delivered on time, which meet or exceed their expectations, and deal with customer feedback promptly, effectively and proactively

This policy will be reviewed annually by the Directors and amended and re-issued if necessary.
