What is your standard lead time for existing products?
Most existing products have a lead time of 4-5 weeks. Special finishes or additional processing may require slightly longer.
How long does it take to develop and produce a new product?
This will depend on the amount of information available to us, but most development parts take 7-14 weeks from inital design to production.
My parts require a special finish or unusual material. Can you accommodate that?
We have experience in a range of finishes and materials and are happy to source a variety of materials where necessary.
I am based outside the UK. Can you accept an order from me?
We have been shipping products across the globe for many years, and are happy to arrange shipment internationally or use your preferred carrier if appropriate.
Do you have a catalogue you can send out?
We don't provide a printed catalogue, as we are constantly adding to our range. Full details of current part sizes and types can be printed from the datasheets using the link at the bottom of each page, or from the Products page.
What methods of payment do you currently accept?
We can accept bank transfer and cheque payments at present. We do not currently accept credit cards as a form of payment.
Where do you source your parts?
We manufacture all our products at our premises in Haywards Heath, UK.
I don't have a drawing of the part I need - can you still make it?
We can work from a sample part if drawings are not available, or can design a part from scratch, based on dimensions and other specifications you can give us.
